Why did John Macarthur Host 800 Young Christians for a Week of Pagan Activities at His "Regeneration Summer Camp?"
Answer: So that the young Christians could participate in the Druid Festival of Lughnasadh which is also known as the "Festival of Regeneration." At John Macarthur's annual "Camp Regen" high school age church members are being taught pagan customs that are invoking pagan gods. These practices are also conditioning the church members for an occult initiation and reception of the mark of the Beast. To learn much more about the real purpose behind John Macarthur's "Camp Regen," then read John Macarthur's Druid Festival.
(Note: I've known that John Macarthur's "Camp Regen" wasn't a Christian camp given the manner in which the young church members were being debased and degraded with strange games involving mud and pig's heads. But I had no idea that these church members were actually being duped by John Macarthur into participating in the Druid Festival of Lughnasadh which involves the "Funeral Games" of the Celtic god, Lugh. The article written below, though it contains information about Camp Regen and the rapper, LeCrae, was written while I was still in the dark regarding the true nature of Macarthur's "Camp Regen." Please read John Macarthur's Druid Festival to learn much more.)
John Macarthur's Camp/Conference and the SBC
Regeneration is a ministry of John Macarthur's Grace Community Church. "Regeneration, hosted by Grace Community Church, is a week-long youth conference in Glorieta, New Mexico. Literally hundreds of students and staff members from dozens of churches are invited to join us for this unique summer camp featuring three keynote speakers." The speakers featured were John Macarthur, Rick Holland and Austin Duncan from Grace Community Church. This camp/conference was held from July 26-30, 2010 and cost $350.
This camp/conference took place at the Glorieta Conference Center and was organized by John Macarthur's Regeneration. The Glorieta Conference Center is owned and operated by LifeWay Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention (LifeWay). The Southern Baptist Convention is not only a non-governmental organization of the United Nations; it's also been reported that the SBC is controlled by Freemasonry (http://watch.pair.com/sbc.html). Both the UN and Freemasonry want to transform Christians and churches into service to Satan. (I don't know if these figures are accurate, but according to Wikipedia, LifeWay is a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit organization that employs 7000 and had a net income of $449,303,000.00.)
It shouldn't be surprising that John Macarthur cooperates with the Southern Baptist Convention. He has appeared on the same platform with SBC leaders and his ministry, The Masters Academy International, partners with many SBC churches. Every year he invites Al Mohler, a prominent SBC leader, to speak at Grace Community Church and Steve Lawson, a SBC pastor who refers to God as an "Architect" (Freemason's refer to their god as an architect), holds leadership positions in John Macarthur's ministries. Rick Holland, who is a ministry leader at Grace Community Church, and who was one of the speakers at this camp/conference, received his D. Min. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. (Has GCC become a front org. for the SBC?)
According to the Grace Community Church Regeneration Blog, the camp/conference at Glorieta, NM. was attended by 800 9th to 12th graders from several different churches. The attendees were divided into teams and much of the time was spent playing games and participating in small groups.
According to the regeneration blog, some of the scheduled games included "Sphere of Destruction, Fortress, Kajabikankan, just to name a few." "And the spontaneous after game mudball fights didn’t hurt either!" During their free time the teenagers could take part in several other activities including paintball. There is "Paintball FAQ's" listed on the Grace Community Church Regeneration website with Point #11 giving the following question and answer:
Question: "Is paintball valid for ministry?"
Answer: "Yes, there are many spiritual truths and biblical applications to be
recognized during the debriefing of a paintball game. They include:
teamwork-trust-encouragement-actions and consequences-cooperation-facing daily battles."
Are there "spiritual truths and biblical applications to be recognized during the debriefing of a paintball game?" Aren't these young Christians trying to shoot opponents with capsules containing paint (referred to as paintballs) with a gun (referred to as paintball marker)? According to Wikipedia, "Paintball technology is also used by armies to supplement military training..."
The following was the schedule for a typical day at the camp/conference:
Thursday, July 29
7:00 Staff Prayer Meeting / Breakfast
8:30 Personal Devotions
9:30 Session #6
10:45 Small Groups [to create group thinkers who will follow group consensus]
1:00 Rally Session
1:15 Team Games [to condition them to think and act for group goals]
3:15 Free Time
7:00 Session #7
8:30 Small Groups
9:30 Break Time
10:00 Team Games
11:15 In Rooms
12:00 Lights Out
The following is an excerpt from an email I received from a concerned Christian regarding this particular camp/conference:
"At this year's event [Regeneration Summer Camp], Rick Holland, John MacArthur and Austin Duncan attended and preached. GCC also invites several other churches in various states. The camp was 5 days of "activities"---small groups, dozens of games...a well-known "Christian" rapper, Austin and Rick taking stage and rapping, more games (some starting as late as 10:00PM). These games were continuous the whole conference." I've been told that one game involved teams trying to avoid touching a pig's head.
The Regeneration blog contains a poem describing the events at the Glorieta Conference Center. The following are two of the stanzas:
"Another aspect of camp I have yet to mention,
Team games and team spirit and rivalry tension! [Click here to learn more about this team spirit.]
"You must wear your color and chant your team name,
With soap, mud, and pigs, the sports are far from tame."
Lest the reader think that hosting these types of activities is something unusual for John Macarthur and Grace Community Church, then the activities that his children's ministry hosted just two days after the Glorieta Conference ended should be brought to light. On Sunday evening (8/01/10) from 7:30-10:00 pm, John Macarthur's church hosted a Carnival for his congregation. It was called "Summer Family Fest: Campus Carnival." The GCC website states: "Join us after the evening service for a great time of games, food, and fun." It looks like the purpose of the Carnival was to "build the family" because the last sentence states, "Summer Family Fest: Building the Family One Blast at a Time."
The Carnival brochure lists the following activities: "Stanisci Station Face Painting, Andresen Animal Balloons, Hurley Hoops, White Greens, Speedy Contreras, STM Obstacle Course, Beakley Boxing, Provost Pirate Ship, Rehurek Race Car, Pin the Missionary, Alvord Alley, Biedebach Bunnies, Grauman Toss and Feldpausch Splash." I've been told that the names refer to certain GCC missionaries that the church wanted to recognize.
The following is an excerpt from an email I received from a Christian who attended this Carnival:
"...we attended a CARNIVAL at GCC last night. Another unbelievable event---20+ "activities", including bowling, face-painting.... judging from the Carnival activities, I would say that GCC needs no help planning these pagan activities...And I kept noticing one child after another being paraded up to "pose" for a picture after the wicked adults had painted their faces..." I wouldn't say that these adults are wicked, but who knew that face-painting was going on at John Macarthur's church?
The Rapper and Revolutionizing Inner City Youth
Camp Regeneration 2010 held at the SBC's Glorieta Conference Center and hosted by John Macarthur's Grace Community Church featured a Christian Rapper named LeCrae. It's been alleged that LeCrae flashes and wears Illuminati symbols during his rap concerts. Go here to learn more and scroll down below for picture.). LeCrae should know that if one scrolls down the left side of LeCrae's myspace page several girls in various stages of undress can be seen in the comments section (as of 8/01/10). On this same myspace page is a paragraph that could have been taken from one of Rick Warren's books (By the way, according to the Baptist Press, Warren and his church are fully committed members of the SBC and have partnered with LifeWay Christian Resources.):
"As Lecrae continued to make his mark in the music industry, he realized the stage wasn't enough. He wanted to see deeper impact in urban culture. There needed to be a culturally relevant and biblically solid resource center to help train the next generation. Co-founding ReachLife Ministries in 2005, the non-profit organization exists to partner with organizations to equip local leaders with culturally relevant tools and media projects designed to strengthen communities with the word of God. ReachLife is another vital piece in the larger vision of seeing a reformation in urban culture (emphasis added)."
The ReachLife website states that ReachLife partners with the government as a 501(c)(3) organization. On the "about" webpage under "Resourcing Strategy" is the following which confirms to me that this young urban rapper and his ministry co-founders are following the mission and vision of Peter Drucker and Rick Warren:
"We believe that in order to equip urban leaders with tools that help to bridge the gap between biblical truth and the urban context, ReachLife needs to develop resources in the following three areas, Evangelism, Discipleship, and Leadership Development.
"All three of these areas are essential for the health and growth of the urban church. For leaders, we not only want to provide resources that help them evangelize and disciple others, we also want to provide leadership development through trainings and workshops.
"ReachLife is committed to developing resources that will help to serve leaders in these three areas..."
ReachLife states that they want to "bridge the gap between biblical truth and the urban context." This "gap" should be bridged by preaching the Holy God and His Redeemer Son to urban sinners. But rather than preach The Word that urban sinners repent and believe in Jesus Christ to escape Hell, change agents will seek to "bridge the gap" by altering the meaning of God's Word through urban "leadership development, training and workshops" (consensus building) to make God's Word more suitable for the "urban context." This leadership development/training/brainwashing will ultimately result in urban sinners following a false Christ of their own construct. It's quite possible that one day they'll be following a gun-toting Christ who loves rap music. (To learn the origin of some of these terms employed by ReachLife Ministry it may be helpful to read "What is the Church Growth Movement.")
According to LeCrae's Wikipedia bio, "Lecrae resides in Atlanta, Georgia hosting hip-hop related events, volunteering at the local juvenile detention center as well as Kid's Across America Kamps in Branson, Missouri, and engaging with ReachLife Ministries."
The Kids Across America website states the following for their "Christian Growth Training" and "Leadership Initiatives" ("Church Growth" terminology is in bold print):
"Equipping and empowering emerging urban youth and youth workers to influence society, impact their churches, and leave an imprint of integrity within their communities...Kids Across America's Leadership Initiatives are designed to support youth, youth workers, parents, and laity of the local Church and Para-Church organizations with training, coaching, and mentoring that will strengthen them in their faith as Christians, and their function as Servant Leaders in society."
The subtitle on the Kids Across America website states, "Revolutionizing America's Inner City Kids Since 1978." Why isn't the subtitle "Spreading the Gospel Among America's Inner City Kids Since 1978?" The Merriam-Webster's online dictionary gives the following definitions for revolutionize:
1 : to overthrow the established government of
2 : to imbue with revolutionary doctrines
3 : to change fundamentally or completely
I have no doubt that the leadership of Kids Across America wants to fundamentally change inner city youth. Are they also imbuing urban youth with revolutionary doctrines? It may come as a shock to many Christians to learn that some pseudo-Christian leaders want to foment revolution against the US government by inciting Christian youth. According to the research conducted by Watch Unto Prayer, agents within right wing orgs and pseudo-Christianity are planning to dupe young American Christians into revolution against their own government:
"The time frame for the ascendance of Joel’s Army to power has been given in a prophecy to Peter Wagner's Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders:
'The church will be in key transition period between 2000-2003. During this period the youth in particular will be transitioning into revival.'
"On this Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders is the co-founder of Generals of Intercession, Cindy Jacobs. On August 14, 2000, Jacobs issued 'A Prophetic Call to Revolution' to Christian youth. This prophecy foretold that certain churches would become official 'command posts for revolution' and that God now was calling 'radical revolutionaries to the church.'
'For I would say to you, My children there is a page turning in the heavenlies, and at the top of this page I have one word, and it's "revolution." And I am getting ready to write a new page of history among the believers of this nation.
'For there is a radical sound that I have issued - there is a sound that has come from heaven, and it even now has come to earth. And the Lord says, these are going to be days where I am going to trouble the enemy through you. These are going to be different days than you have ever known, and I am going to require sacrifice of you that you cannot imagine. I am going to require a sacrifice of your children, says the Lord. And the Lord says, I'm going to shake everything that can be shaken...
'For I would say to you, my children, you are going to come out of the wilderness. And I have found a Caleb generation, says the Lord, who say we are well able to take the mountain, we are well able to take those strongholds that have been built in the nearly 40 years in this nation, since prayer has been taken out of school.
'There are churches that will be command posts for revolution, and to these command posts I would say, I am going to bring a revolution. Look and see; I am calling radical revolutionaries to the church. There is a sound going forth from heaven, says the Lord. I am calling from the north and the south and the east and the west. They're going to move, they're going to change universities to come to these command posts. They're going to change jobs. I'm going to bring the 18, 19, 20, 21 year olds, and they're going to mentor the generation under them. And then the high schoolers are going to mentor the generations under them.
'And I would say, these youth are going to put the adults to shame. Because they're going to be full of holy passion, a fiery passion for the Lord. So the Lord says, get ready for I have said many things over the church, and I have made many promises. With some of you, hope deferred has made the heart grow sick. But I have found the way for the church and for this youth, says the Lord. And the Lord says, there is going to be a day when there are as many youth as adults in these command post churches, for I am going to move-I would not pass you by.
'And the Lord says I'm going to put the gift of evangelism in the youth of these churches. I'm going to cause them to bring souls, and souls and souls. They're going to invade the high school campuses. They're going to invade the universities of their cities.
'And the Lord says, I am calling for an invasion from these churches, from my command posts. And the Lord says get ready, get ready, get ready, for it begins today.'” (http://watch.pair.com/elijah.html)
I'd like to copy here a couple more excerpts from Watch Unto Prayer:
"By 2012 [according to the video game, Shattered Union], a pseudo-Christian theocracy would be in full swing with the Dominionist neo-Nazi agents provocateurs in the militia movement leading the American version of the Hitler Youth Movement — Joel’s Army — to slaughter prostitutes, adulterers, homosexuals, heretics, thieves and anyone else caught breaking the Ten Commandments. Joel’s Army is the subject of our report, The Elijah Revolution: Joel’s Army Coming of Age, which documents the Strategic Prayer Network’s formation of a movement to transform Christian young people into 'radical revolutionaries' who will turn the churches into 'command posts for revolution.'
"On November 30, 1999, Cindy Jacobs. National Apostle for the USSPN with Chuck Pierce, prophesied to Peter Wagner’s Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, 'The church will be in key transition period between 2000-2003. During this period the youth in particular will be transitioning into revival.' (Entering the New Millennium) A few months later, on April 20, 2000 [Hitler's birthday], that youth revival was launched with the murder of 13 students at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. Evidence that the Columbine massacre was a planned event orchestrated for this very purpose is presented in 'Columbine: Catalyst for the Rise of Joel’s Army.'
"The Dominionist madness driving the ultra-right wing Joel’s Army and neo-Nazi militia movement may explain why the various regions of the former United States — the red states and the blue states — begin warring against one another. For the New Radical Youth Reformation in the ultra-liberal regions such as California and New England will bitterly oppose the New “Christian” Theocracy which takes on the mandate of a “crusade” led by the ultra-conservative Southern Confederacy."
"To incite rebellion against the American government, these prophecy teachers preach that the anti-Christian Illuminati/Council on Foreign Relations, which controls the U.S., must be eliminated and the nation brought under the control of Christians. Hence, the need for a Christian revolution. Young people are especially being conditioned for acceptance of this false teaching through exploitation of the Columbine massacre and other school shootings. Targeted by the ubiquitous agitation propaganda of intelligence agents posing as Christian leaders, Christians and their children are being used to advance the same New World Order they think they are defeating.
"In their patriotic zeal, American Christians have foolishly listened to false prophets who advise rebellion against ruling authorities instead of heeding Scripture, which states that God has appointed all governments.
"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. Romans 13:1,2
"Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work. To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. Titus 3:1,2"
